I had a wonderful experience. The massage of my face neck, shoulders, and arms was worth every dime. On the 2nd day, after the spa treatment, my face is glowing and my hair is super soft. The smells are heavenly. I highly recommend this experience. Thank you Lisa for sharing the gift of your strong hands. Love this place.

They’re new and still working out some kinks but once the service started I was thoroughly impressed. They were able to accommodate a 2 hour massage as a walk in. The venue was clean and calming. There’s nothing quite like this in Anchorage right now, so definitely worth your support! Personally, I was struggling with a recent traumatic event and I felt so renewed and relaxed afterward.

We had an appointment for 3 people, and they took excellent care of us. We did wait a bit for our appointment, but the gal next door at the nail salon got us in right away when we went over. We just did the Essential package for 60 min, but I could have definitely gone for one of the longer services. Our techs, Annie, Helen, and Lisa were all wonderful and thorough, and we were fully relaxed by the end of it.

What a treat! I walked in a little tired and run down,however, I left completely relaxed. My scalp and hair have never felt better. Very very clean, quiet, and everyone was kind and helpful. I've been to other places that the steam burned my scalp or the water was way to hot but not here. VIP does a great job! I will be back!

Just got done with the Deluxe Serenity Package, and it was fantastic! Annie was amazing! The experience was amazing! Booked with a friend, and we had a private 2 table room. Well worth the price. I felt like I got a massage, facial, scalp treatment and hair treatment all in one service. Will definitely be back. Splurge on yourself, you won't be disappointed. Book Annie, she's got magic hands.

I’ve been here twice now and both times were so relaxing. Helen did an amazing job and she’s always so friendly. They also have a vanity room with stuff to do your hair. Just bring your makeup bag and you can get yourself right in there before you leave. It’s such a great self care treat. I Will be going again soon! ☺️

Had an appointment at 4 p.m for 3 people But had to move it to 5pm and they accommodated us! Place was clean, peaceful and relaxing. The 90 minute head spa was excellent! Would definitely do it again. So glad we finally have this in Anchorage!

Our first visit didn’t quite meet our expectations, but we decided to give it another shot — and we’re so glad we did! The owner truly cares about customer satisfaction and went above and beyond to make things right. You can tell they have a genuine service mindset and are committed to creating a great experience for every guest. This time, everything was perfect — relaxing atmosphere, attentive staff, and we left feeling refreshed and valued. We’ll definitely be back again!

My daughter and I visited on Friday and received the 60 and 90 minute scalp treatment packages. We could not have been happier with the experience from the beginning to end. I’m a massage therapist and this is the best relaxation treatment I have found anywhere in Anchorage. Our technicians were so lovely and it was such a special experience for us. We left in total bliss mode and we were even gifted with a lovely candle at the end of our treatment. I’m already planning our next visit 🥰 p.s. I overheard some difficult clients giving a staff member a hard time over their confusion over the cost of their treatment and I was so impressed with the kindness and quality of customer service she gave them even though the menu is very self-explanatory and easy to understand. So if the owner reads this, she handled it perfectly.
